Privacy

Respect starts with your data

We built this website so that it learns as little as possible about you. Here we explain, briefly and in plain language, what happens when you visit it.

No cookies and no tracking

The Baro Drom website is a static site made only of pages and images. We do not use cookies, we do not use traffic analytics tools, we do not show ads and we do not track you from one page to another. That is also why we do not ask for your consent to cookies.

Fonts and images are hosted on the same server as the website, so nothing is loaded from third parties. Like any web server, the server hosting the site may keep temporary technical logs (for example the IP address and the page requested), used solely for its operation and security.

YouTube videos

On the Music page you will find videos hosted on YouTube. They do not load automatically. Only after you press the play button does your browser connect to YouTube, using its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment on, Google’s privacy policy applies. If you do not press the button, nothing is sent to YouTube.

When you write to us or call

If you contact us by email or phone, we will receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss what you have proposed. We do not sell them, rent them out or use them for advertising.

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request or to carry out the collaboration we discussed.

Photographs of children

Protecting children is a rule for us, not an option. In the photographs published on this website, children’s faces have been irreversibly blurred so that they cannot be recognised. The images were processed before publication, and hidden information in the files (such as location or date) was removed.

Adults who appear in photographs from our activities, such as teachers or craftsmen, were photographed at public events or during educational activities.

How to ask for an image to be removed

If you appear in a photograph on this website, or if you are the parent or guardian of a child who appears in an image, and you do not want it to stay online, write to us at respect@barodrom.ro. Please mention the page and, if possible, the photograph. We will remove the image as quickly as possible, without asking for any explanation.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted and to object to its processing. For any such request, contact us at the address above. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can turn to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
